• Bathroom and toilets (small cupboard, washbasin, bathtub-shower, toilets)
• Living romm with plate glass window and door looking onto the balcony.
Sofa bed 2 persons, 1 Round Table with folding edges, 4 folding chairs, 1 cupboard-closet, small television,
1 wooden corner unit
• Kitchen area (bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplate 4 fires, cupboards, trash can).
• Bedroom-cabin with door on balcony and inside (2 bunk beds with 1 big drawer).

Other equipment:
1 folding balcony seat, crockery and domestic equipment for 4 persons, vacuum cleaner, television (with decoder),
Stepladder, drapes on occultants blinds, bedding (braids, blankets), 2 removable electric fires of supplement.

Very good state. Carpet maintained by cleaning company.
Occupied since the construction a few months a year, generally, by a single person.
Never of smokers, or animals.
